Waldmart does not provide refunds. Exchanges for the same product ONLY (i.e. T-shirt sizes, blue flashlight for a red one). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and shipping charges will be applied to the new purchase. Waldmart will exchange defective products at no further charge. Thank you!
